With potential applications across high-value sectors such as pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals and dietary supplements, phytomedicines, herbal extracts, and cosmetics, low purity and high prices prevent their wide use.
Employing green and efficient extraction technologies and state-of-the-art separation techniques to recover and purify polyphenols from food-processing by-product streams, we can drive down the cost of high quality, high purity products, enabling their adoption across all industries.
